(TMT) is a liquid at room temperature and is supplied without any solvents or diluents. The Chemical has a very light yellow color which darkens on oxygen exposure over time. It is recommended to store TMT between 4˚C and 6˚C in a glass vials protected from the light.

TMT is soluble in most solvents (methanol, ethanol, hexane, acetone) but insoluble in water. Handle with product with care as little is known about its toxivology. Use personal protective equipment to handle this compound and its solutions. Contaminated glassware can be deodorized by soaking overnight in a 10% bleach solution.
